Instructions
- Whip the cream in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Layer a single layer of cookies at the bottom of your 9×13 inch dish.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream mixture over the cookies.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas over the whipped cream.
- Repeat layering with cookies, whipped cream, and bananas until all ingredients are used.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
