Description
A delicious and healthy salad featuring grilled chicken marinated in balsamic vinegar, served with fresh greens and vegetables.

			- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 4 cups mixed salad greens
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
 - 1/2 cucumber, sliced
 - 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
 - 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
 - Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
 - Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
 - In a large bowl, combine salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
 - Add the sliced chicken on top of the salad.
 - Sprinkle with feta cheese if desired and drizzle with additional balsamic vinegar before serving.

- For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight.
 - Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or avocados.
