			- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 - 1 cup balsamic vinegar
 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
 - 2 tablespoons honey
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh basil for garnish
 
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes.
 - Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
 - During the last few minutes of cooking, add sliced strawberries to the skillet.
 - Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the chicken and strawberries, cooking for an additional minute.
 - Serve warm, garnished with fresh basil.

- For a thicker glaze, simmer the balsamic vinegar longer.
