- 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked ziti, sausage mixture, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
