- Ground Beef: 1 lb lean ground beef
- Cheese Sauce:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Seasoning: 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Garnish: Fresh parsley, chopped (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the beef, stirring to combine.
- In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the tortellini according to package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, ground beef mixture, heavy cream, mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
