			- 1 cup almond flour
 - 1/2 cup protein powder
 - 1/4 cup coconut sugar
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
 - 1/4 cup almond milk
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
 - In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, protein powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
 - In another bowl, combine the applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
 - Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently.
 - Fill the donut pan with the batter, about 3/4 full for each donut.
 - Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
 - Let the donuts cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
 
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
 - Feel free to substitute the almond flour with another flour of your choice.
 - For a sweeter donut, increase the coconut sugar to taste.
