- 400g cherry tomatoes
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes and olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Place the feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and the feta is golden.
- Remove from the oven and carefully crack the eggs over the tomatoes and feta.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
