Baked Brie & Cranberry Bites are a delicious and festive appetizer perfect for holiday gatherings, combining creamy brie cheese with sweet cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky pastry.

			- 1 sheet of puff pastry
 - 8 oz brie cheese
 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
 - 1 egg (for egg wash)
 - Fresh rosemary (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares.
 - Place a small piece of brie cheese in the center of each square.
 - Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
 - Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
 - Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
 - Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary.

- For a sweeter touch, consider adding a sprinkle of brown sugar on top before baking.
