- 12 Medjool dates
- 6 ounces goat cheese
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Black pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice each date lengthwise and carefully remove the pit.
- Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of goat cheese.
- Wrap one slice of bacon around each stuffed date, overlapping slightly.
- Place the wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with black pepper if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
