Description

A delightful appetizer featuring warm, succulent Medjool dates stuffed with creamy goat cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon.


Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 6 ounces goat cheese
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice each date lengthwise and carefully remove the pit.
  3. Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of goat cheese.
  4. Wrap one slice of bacon around each stuffed date, overlapping slightly.
  5. Place the wrapped dates on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
  7. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with black pepper if desired.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
