- 4 slices of bread
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of bacon jam
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side, spread a layer of bacon jam.
- Add a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the bacon jam.
- Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
