  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms until they are golden brown.
  3. Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  5. Spread the sautéed mushrooms and spinach evenly in the pie crust.
