- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides.
- In a separate bowl, mix cranberry sauce and chicken broth. Pour over the meatballs in the skillet.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a healthier option, use ground turkey instead of beef.
