A delicious flatbread pizza that celebrates the flavors of autumn with seasonal ingredients.

			- 1 flatbread
 - 1 cup butternut squash, roasted and diced
 - 1/2 cup caramelized onions
 - 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
 - 1/4 cup dried cranberries
 - 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
 - 2 cups arugula
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Spread the roasted butternut squash evenly over the flatbread.
 - Add the caramelized onions on top of the squash.
 - Sprinkle the goat cheese, dried cranberries, and walnuts over the flatbread.
 - Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
 - Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula before serving.
 
Notes
- Feel free to substitute the goat cheese with feta or mozzarella if preferred.
 - For a vegan option, omit the cheese or use a plant-based alternative.
 - This pizza pairs well with a light salad or soup.
