- Salad Base:
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup mint leaves, torn
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- Pita Chips:
- 2 large pita breads, cut into triangles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sumac
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss the pita triangles with olive oil and salt, then spread them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the pita for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine, parsley, mint, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Add the crispy pita chips just before serving to maintain their crunch.
