- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, olive oil, yogurt, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
- Serve the sliced chicken in pita bread with fresh vegetables and drizzle with garlic sauce.
