Ingredients

- 4 large lettuce leaves
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar to create the dressing.
- Add the shredded chicken to the dressing and toss to coat.
- Lay out the lettuce leaves and fill each with the chicken mixture.
- Top with shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, and chopped green onions.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some chili flakes to the dressing.
