- 1 can of biscuit dough
- 2 cups of peeled and diced apples
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- Flatten a biscuit from the can with a rolling pin to about 3-4 inches in diameter.
- Place a generous spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Dip each bomb in melted butter, then roll in sugar.
- Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Make ahead by preparing the filling a day in advance. Air fry for a quicker method at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
