Description

Delight in these portable, flaky Apple Pie Bombs filled with sweet, spiced apples, making for a perfect dessert for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of biscuit dough
  • 2 cups of peeled and diced apples
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  3. Flatten a biscuit from the can with a rolling pin to about 3-4 inches in diameter.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Dip each bomb in melted butter, then roll in sugar.
  7. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
