Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced apples with cinnamon and half of the brown sugar.
- In another bowl, combine rolled oats, remaining brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Spread the apple mixture in a baking dish and top with the oat mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly, then layer the baked apple crisp with yogurt or whipped cream in serving glasses.
- Top with chopped nuts if desired and serve immediately.
