 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine pulled pork, apple cider, diced apples, cooked rice, diced onions, barbecue sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
 - Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
 - Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
