  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, apple cider, ketchup, brown sugar, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
  3. Mix until well combined and shape into a loaf.
  4. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together additional apple cider and ketchup for the glaze.
  6. Brush the glaze over the meatloaf.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
