Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
 - Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on one half of the tortilla.
 - Layer the apple slices over the cheese and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
 - Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
 - Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden brown.
 - Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
