- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon honey mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Spread honey mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the shredded cheddar cheese and apple slices on one slice of bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread, mustard side down.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.

- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon to the apple slices.
