Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the sliced apples in a bowl and toss with lemon juice, cinnamon, and half of the caramel sauce.
  3. Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the apples are tender.
  5. While the pie is baking, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  6. Once the pie is cooled, spread the whipped cream over the top.
  7. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the whipped cream.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
