- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 4 cups sliced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the sliced apples in a bowl and toss with lemon juice, cinnamon, and half of the caramel sauce.
- Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the apples are tender.
- While the pie is baking, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Once the pie is cooled, spread the whipped cream over the top.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the whipped cream.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use a mix of sweet and tart apples.
- Make sure to let the pie cool completely before adding the whipped cream.
- This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
