- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 slider buns
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken slice in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the chicken slices in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and place a slice on each slider bun.
- Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Return the sliders to the air fryer for an additional 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the breadcrumb mixture.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated in the air fryer.
