Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form the mixture into small balls.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
